  Our pedi recommended 1/2 a regular flinstone. The toddler ones don't have iron.

  Emery has been getting the gummies for months now. She likes them way too much. There are many tantrums over the "chew". She's never choked. And she does chew them.

  We have prescription liquid vitamins, same as Tri-Vi-Sol but with fluoride as well (we have an RO so there's no fluoride in our water). He sucks it down by itself - even to the point of demanding it when he wakes up. I guess it's an acquired taste because it smells terrible!
