Lactation Cookie Recipe

The Wegman's near me finally had Brewer's yeast so I bought some and I would like to make lactation cookies. I have googled recipes but there are many variations and I was wondering if there was a favorite among J13. I know there was one on here not that long ago, but I can't find it? Can anyone help?

So what is flaxseed meal and where do I find it in the store? Finally found some dairy free ch chips while out for our b days and want to try these. Also where is brewer's yeast - baking aisle? TIA

@kitten80, I'm pretty sure it's just ground flaxseed. You can guy pre-ground or buy whole seeds and grind them yourself. We just used a burr coffee grinder to grind. Our bodies can't digest the whole seeds.

Milkin mamas lactation cookies! These are amazing! Our babysitter accidentally fed one to her son and my son not long ago when she was watching our kids (thought they were normal cookies)--they loved them!

Another treat you can make (ive posted this before) take brewers yeast, peanut butter, oats, flax seed and mix together, then dip in melted chocolate. Super yummy and they give me my chocolate fix.

@kitten80 At my Wegman's the Brewer's yeast is in the healthy/all natural section. I found that not many stores carry it. At least not around here.

I found flaxseed meal in the baking isle at the grocery store. The brewers yeast I bought from GNC.
