Re: Feeling kicks is the best thing ever

  • I have had a crazy day of kicks myself. I keep gasping at the feeling - which actually gets you some pretty weird looks in stores and restaurants.  Isn't it the best feeling ever???

  • I still haven't felt anything! I'm blaming my anterior placenta for now, but my OB said I should feel something soon regardless. Can't wait! Maybe baby will give me a little kick as a Christmas present?

ditto!! it puts the biggest smile on my face!  Poor DH, our stubborn little guy decides to sleep everytime he puts his hands on my belly!

  • I agree!  I love to feel DS kicking.  I think Dh is a little jealous that he can't feel it - like DS and I have a secret that he's not in on :)  Before my 20 week U/S, I was still very much in a sureal state about the baby and the pregnancy.  Now, that I've seen him via U/S and I feel him all the time - like clockwork almost - it's so much more real...and so exciting!
  • I know!  I love it, too!  A lot of pregnant women say you will soon "get over it", but I really don't see that happening...
