Blood rushing to the head

Hi I'm 32 weeks pregnant and lately I keep randomly getting this feeling like all the blood is rushing to my head as if I've been hanging upside down On monkey bars for an hour. Does anybody else experience this and know what it is!?

    Could be fluctuation in bp. I'd mention it to your doctor and maybe even call if it comes with lightheadedness.
    I hope to create a real siggy but first I need some sleep!
