Mommy and Me class

Anyone know of any good mommy and me exercise classes in the Milford/New Haven area?  I would  love to find a mommy and me yoga or something similar.

    I can't remember but Mothers Embrace Yoga in Shelton may have something. They came highly recommended in general. May be too far for you?

    Mothers embrace in shelton has mommy and me classes about once a month I think - I'm currently going there for prenatal yoga now and love it.  Also, I just heard about this place fullofjoyyoga.com. They have classes in the New Haven area.  I've also heard good things about mygym in Orange.

    Thanks for the suggestions ladies.  I found a class at The Breathing Room in New Haven and we LOVE it.  If anyone is nearby, they are on Thursdays from 2-3 and the woman who teaches it is awesome!

    @JoeLies-  I didn't realize you were in the area either!!!
