New moms...hoping this is fresh in your mind. Hemrroid help!!

I'm due tomorrow and suffering from debilitating hemorrhoids...like the size of grapes and hurt like raw open wounds. I had hemis after my first delivery but they never really hurt like these guys do-and they went away after a month or so. I am absolutely terrified of giving birth again and these things like rupturing or becoming completely out of control. Did any of you suffer from painful roids and have them actually go away on their own post delivery? Holding out hope here!

    I had some prior to delivery. They weren't painful though. But at 3 weeks pp they are almost gone!

    I had AWFUL hemis post delivery. Dermaplast, Tucks (witch hazel), and pain meds, lol.
