Medela Wipes Question

I had been borrowing some breast pump accessories from one of my girlfriends, but just recently gave them back because she had a baby. I currently have enough supplies to pump the two times I need to at work. However, I am going skiing next weekend and will need to pump three times in the car on Saturday. Instead of going out and buying another set of valves, connectors, and breastshields just for next weekend, can I just buy the Medela wipes to clean off the parts? I'm not sure if I can use the wipes and then pump again using the same parts, or if you need to still need to clean the parts with soup and water before using them again. Either way, this should make skiing interesting...

Just put the parts in a cooler with an ice pack for the day and there is no need to clean in between pumps. I have been doing this since august. Just remember to either bring bags to pour into or extra bottles and caps.
