what color is your kitchen?

I'm giving my kitchen a little makeover with paint and new hardware for the cabinets. Right now it's a classic 80's kitchen. About 8 years ago I painted it "tropical nut" from valspar which is a bright orangish red color. I'm wanting something more warm and earthy. Do any of you have a great color in your kitchen? What is it??

Red! I don't remember the name of it, but its from Behr and is pretty much the exact same dark red as a Dr. Pepper bottle. LOL I have a horrible tiny galley style kitchen, so I pretty much only have one wall. So it's not super overbearing.

Mine is a forest green and cream color. Nor sure what color exactly but it's the same color as when we purchased the house. I loved it when we bought the house but my whole house is painted in the same green and cream and now I'm sick of it.

My kitchen is Tuscany tan from behr at home Depot. It is a venician plaster finish. Our laminate counter tops are dark green and we have light maple cabinets with black appliances. The tan extends into the hall and then the living room/dining room are a dark brick country red, all the rooms are open to each other.

My kitchen is a creme brule color (?) and the dining is the same with a spiced carrot (?) color accent wall. I can't remember the exact names.

Mine is an ice blue. I wanted something to contrast with the cabinets, which are a mid tone oak.

We just did a kitchen makeover, white cabinets with a smokey gray color (on the lighter side)

It's mind blowing to try to pick a color! way to many choices

Ours is a lot of tans and Brown's. But the paint is a khaki color and matches the hallway.

Mine used to be kind of a retro lime green, but we moved into a rental that doesn't allow painting. So now it's just tan.

@needutonite thanks! The kitchen was the whole reason we bought the house. It has a built in wine rack. Dh saw that and it was a done deal. Our kitchen is usually pretty clean since dh can't stand it to be dirty. Plus I just got done cleaning up after lunch

I'm really jealous of all your beautiful kitchens! Here's my super sweet 1980's kitchen. Our house is open concept, but these cabinets hang so low. I'm not interested in spending thousands to update it right now so oh well!

@babycarryingvessel I love that you have a gateway into your kitchen. We have the same open floor plan but can't block the kitchen in anyway. I'm jealous..

Our cupboards are cherry, countertops are black granite, wall is a very pale neutral mushroom sort of colour. The entire inside of our house has the same wall colour and it works very well. (We also had that colour in our last house, ha ha!)
