Evening in triage :/

Started having a major cramp/ tightening at the top of my stomach yesterday around 4 which really hurt and made me double over and stabbing back pains for the past 2 nights... I think I'm good with pain but this was oh my.. It hurt....
I've had Braxton hicks and it deff was not an episode of those...
Spent about 4 hours on the monitor and had 2 small contractions but the nurse said it isn't likely that it was enough to make my cervix contract In her opinion. I'm 37 weeks on wed and my next appt is on mon. She said since I was cramping they didn't wanna check me and make me cramp more...
I hadn't packed a bag at all yet before last night so maybe my lil guy was warning me of his soon arrival and told me via pain to get my butt in gear!

    I'm glad you were able to go home and keep LO in longer. Hope you're feeling better and it doesn't happen again until it's actually time

    I guess it's time for you to start packing ;) I'm glad you got to go home. You'll be back before you know it for the real thing!!!

    Thanks ladies. It was really freaky. And the pain is still lasting... I see my OB today so maybe she will give me more insight.
