WTF/IVF Consult appt results

I'm completely overwhelmed, disappointed and excited all at once.

So after 3 failed IUI Clomid cycles, we met with the RE today to discuss the next steps which we knew we're going to be IVF based on the way I respond to Clomd and the concern of over responding on injects and because we're 100% OOP. So IVF is the plan. We're attending the next IVF meeting February 19th and then scheduled another consult to discuss exact protocol. We will hopefully be starting our IVF cycle in March.

In the meantime, we are going to try 1 IUI cycle with Femara just so we take advantage of February's cycle while we wait for the IVF meeting.

DH (29) & Me (26) - Married 9/22/2012
TTC since 9/2012
Dx - Annovulatory; PCOS-IR

8/2013 - First consult with RE
9/2013 - HSG, SHG both clear; SA normal
Oct 2013 - Jan 2014 - Clomid + Trigger + IUI #1-3 = BFN's
Feb 2014 - Femara + Trigger + IUI #4 = BFP!!!!!
Beta #1 - 3/2/14 (15dpo) - 123
Beta #2 - 3/4/14 (17dpo) - 378
1st ultrasound - 3/21/14 - 1 little ninja, heartbeat - 120bpm
Due November 7, 2014

    It sounds like you have a good plan in place. Good luck with your next IUI cycle and with IVF if you need to do it. 

    Me and DH: 32, TTC since 2/2012
    Dx: lean PCOS, low hormone levels, 2 CP's before seeing RE, MTHFR heterozygous
    IUI #1 with clomid and ovidrel: BFN
    IUI #2 with clomid (unresponsive), femara, ovidrel and novarel: Possible CP
    IUI #3 with femara, ovidrel and novarel: BFN
    IUI #4 with Follistim (115 iu) and ovidrel= BFN, developed OHSS, benched- 2 weeks of birth control pills
    IUI #5 with Follistim (75iu) and ovidrel= BFN........Taking a medication break for a few months
    IUI #6 with Follistim (75iu) every other day, femara and Lupron trigger= BFN
    *Taking a long break to get healthy and research/prepare for IVF*
    Goal: gain 5 lbs, gluten/dairy/soy/nut free

    I'm also moving onto IVF in March. I know exactly what you mean about the overwhelming/disappointment/excitment feeling at the same time. Fx IVF gets us our BFP!
    Me: 32, DH:33, Married: 8/30/2008, TTC since: 10/1/2012
    DX: Me - DOR & tubal issues, DH: none. 
    June 2004: Ectopic pregnancy with DH while dating
    October & November 2013: IUI #1 & 2 - BFN
    December 2013:Taking a break, trying on our own.
    January 2014: BFP!!!! Ectopic pregnancy ruptured at 6wks1day. Left Fallopian tube removed. Noted during surgery the right Fallopian tube is severely damaged from 2004 ectopic pregnancy.
    April 8 2014: IVF#1 w/ISCI: 10 received, 5 mature, 3 fertilized. Day 3 transfer of all three embies.
    April 22, 2014: BFP! beta #1: 80 beta #2: 211 One nugget! 
    January 6, 2015: Adeline Marguerite is here!!

    Good luck with this cycle!  We'll be starting IVF cycle in March, although I already know with my RE's protocol that puts me at ET in April.  I feel like we should start an IVF check-in again for March/April...but hopefully, you get good luck this cycle and won't need it!!

    IUI's 1-3 = BFN, IVF converted to IUI 4/13 = BFN
    IVF 1.2: 8R 6M 4F -- 2 blastocysts frozen, FET 8/15 = BFP!!

    It sounds like you have a great plan in place.  Good luck with this upcoming IUI cycle and with IVF if you still need it.  IVF is a scary and exciting step!

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN

    I think this is a great idea! there really are a bunch of us starting March/April IVF cycles!

    Married 8/6/2011 Me (26) DH (33) SA normal,HSG clear TTC since August 2011 7/2012 50mg Clomid+Trigger+IUI+progesterone =BFN 8/2012 100mg Clomid+estrogen+Trigger+IUI+progestrone=BFN 10/2012 100mg clomid+Gonal+Lupron+Trigger+Progestrone+IUI=BFP but ectopic.
