STM question about pain and bleeding

I do not remember being this sore (vaginal birth) for so long after having my son. Those of you who had your babies in early jan. How long were you sore? Also has anyone else had significantly less bleeding? With DS I bled like 3.5 weeks with this one it's been 8 days and like the last 3 barely anything is coming out. Thoughts or advice?

I'm a FTM, but it sounds like we are in opposite boats. I had DS on January 12 and by the 15th the pain was negligible. But I'm still bleeding consistently every day (He'll be 3 weeks tomorrow.).

I have had significantly less bleeding but it starts and goes. I am two weeks post partum. I am still a bit sore. I took ibprophen for the first week. It does get better slowly.

I'm 3 weeks pp and still have very light bleeding here and there.

I had 2nd degree tearing and started feeling better 2 weeks pp. I was told to keep the area as dry as possible for faster healing about a week PP and once I did that, I felt instantly better in days.

4 weeks post partum today and my bleeding is on and off right now panty liners are what I where because i never know until I use the washroom that I lightly bled. My 5th baby. No tearing and I'm not sore anymore starting now.

With DS I bled almost six weeks and was pretty sore the first 3 weeks. I had a pretty bad 3rd degree tear and episotomy with him though. This time I had only a small tear, no episotomy and my only real pain was from my uterus contracting during breastfeeding the first 3-4 days. My bleeding is already pretty light and I am about 2 weeks postpartum.

The first week of pain was more brutal than with my previous two pregnancies. Once I got past that first week, though, the pain magically went away, and I've felt great since. I'm still bleeding, but it's been really light the last three days...so maybe it's almost over. I bled for almost 6 weeks with DS, so I hope I don't bleed that long this time. I'm three weeks postpartum.

The bleeding is substantially less this time around. I feel like the soreness has been considerably less too although I had terrible hemorrhoids with my first delivery that took forever to go down.

With my son I had 3rd degree tears so I was sore for weeks and wasn't cleared for sex until 8 weeks (it sucked bad). This time around I had 2nd degree tears but felt pretty much back to normal by the end of the second week. With both I haven't bled much just annoying light spotting so I still have to wear a liner.
