Ok guys, I know this is probably a stupid question but I'm going to ask it anyway. How do you feed your 1 year olds (my DD just turned 13 months so she's on the younger side) guacamole or hummus? Do you spoon feed it or put it on something for them? I know she wouldn't get the concept of dipping yet. These are two things I'd like to give her but haven't really bothered with now that she's mainly eating things she can pick up herself. She had guacamole briefly back when we did purees but it's been awhile. She eats great and will eat almost anything, but I'm late to the game on these I guess!

My DD has had guac and hummus since she was about 7 months old. She loves it. When she was little I would just dip a piece of flatbread or whole wheat wrap in it for her. Now that she's almost 2 she loves to dip it herself.
