Any MoM's here who drive a Ford Edge??

**Sorry this is so specific!**

I have an Edge and DH and I are trying to figure out if it'll work when the twins are here. My family lives several hours away and we visit them every few months so part of my concern is that once we get a stroller (either the Twin Roo or DSNG) and baby gear loaded there won't be any room for luggage or anything else. Would there even be room for groceries with a stroller and diaper bag in the back? We are considering switching to an Explorer, but don't want to have a car note if it's not necessary. Thanks! :)

IVF:EPP 5/2012 ~ (4R, 3M, 2F w/ICSI). Both embryos txfrd. ~ BFN
BCP to manage endo from 10/2012 to 12/2012.
FET w/donor embryos #1: 10/2013 Cancelled
FET w/donor embryos #1.2: 11/2013 ~ ET of 2 beautiful blasts on 11/27.
Beta 1: 503(12dp5dt) Beta 2: 1035(14dpt) Beta 3: 3001(16dpt) Beta 4: 8503(19dpt)

    Have you considered getting a car top carrier to use for trips?

    We were also trying to avoid getting a new car, so during a sale at REI, we ordered one to go on our vw passat. We can fit a double BOB in there (and it's huge), plus lots of other gear and still have room for our dog in the back of the wagon.

    It's cheaper than a new car.

    3/27 ET: transferred 1 embryo, beta 9dp5dt=163, 12dp5dt=639
    4/25 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks = identical twins with heartbeats?!!!
    PPROM at 31w, delivery at 32 weeks of two beautiful girls

    Hmm I've seen those before but didn't realize they came big enough to fit a stroller plus other gear in them. Off to check out REI's website... Thanks! :)

    We got a big one. I don't recall the model, but could look it up for you. I was amazed how much could fit in there.

    If we didn't need space for our 90 lb pooch, the cargo area in the back of our wagon could have worked, but it's nice to have the option for more room.
