Buy Buy Baby registry completion coupon PSA

So, we went to Buy Buy Baby today to use our store credit from shower returns along with our 10% off registry completion coupon toward our Maxi-Cosi Micro NXT travel system since Maxi-Cosi is one of the brands excluded from their regular 20% off coupons, and while checking us out she took our 10% off registry completion coupon and said, "Oh we're giving 15% off now instead of 10%" and scanned the 15% off coupon she had, which was a nice surprise. Just wanted to let everyone know for those of you who have multiple registries and are trying to decide what to buy where depending on where you have store credit, coupons, and sales like we were. An extra 5% off can make a difference on some of those big ticket items!!

    They take 20% off entire purchase coupon from bed bath n beyond also! Imagine adding that to the completion coupon!!

    Do they let you do this?  I thought the fine print implied the completion coupon could not be combined with other offers, so DH and I were going to use up all our 20% coupons before using the completion coupon.  Let me know if we're wrong!!!

    Oh wow I told my Buy Buy Baby here in Mission Viejo that Babies R Us offers 15% completion discount and BBB said they would match the BRU completion discount if I can show them something that shows the BRU 15% ... Something to think about :)

    That's awesome! I need to do that soon. 

    Also, if it's not too late, they let me use a 20% on our Maxi Cosi Mico carseat. I just handed it to the girl without mentioning that I wasn't sure if it would work... and she scanned it without a problem :)  I just play dumb in those situations, and then if they tell me no, it's not a big deal.
