Ok so I started charting about 3 months ago with temps all over the place. 2 months ago I started using CB Opk which gave me positive O results. But I couldn't tell any change in temp because it had such a vary in temps all month. However I did get ewcm for about a day. This month I am finally getting a constant 97.0 I am only on cd 10 do I know I haven't O'd yet. Does it sound like I wasn't Oing in the previous months? Is it possible that this could be my bodies first cycle on track? Had this ever happened to anyone before?

    Couple things:

    1 - Are you temping orally or vaginally?
    2 - If you are temping orally, are you a mouth-breather?
    3 - Are you waking up at the same time to temp every day?
    4 - Are you making sure you are getting at least 3 solid hours of sleep before temping?

    If you can't link, can you at least get a little clearer on what you mean by "all over the place?" I thought mine were all over the place pre-o until o and then it made more sense. 

    Otherwise, ditto 3 hours of sleep and mouth breathing.

    I am taking them orally first thing when I wake up in the morning. Def getting more then 3 hours of sleep and I'm not sure but I don't think I breathe through my mouth.     This is eye-bleeding. Try a FF tutorial to get it to link, it's seriously not that hard. Keep temping, if you're just coming off birth control it can take awhile to regulate. An OPK doesn't confirm O so it's possible you haven't yet.

    Yeah those both look like most other successful charts. It's possible you had the misconception that you only should have exactly two temps, pre and post O? Definitely not the case, you're just looking for two "clusters" of temps, one lower and then one higher.

    Ok so then it appears my o is around cd 16-17? Just want to make sure I'm reading it right.

    Your temps are not all over the place.  They look normal and you O'd in both those charts.  You temp is not going to be exactly the same every day.  Mine happened to be the same a few days in a row this cycle but that's because I use a reg. therm.  It is much more unusual for your temps to be exactly the same than for them to vary a bit from day to day.

    FF should be giving you CHs so you don't have to guess.  What are your detection settings?
