Pop-like feeling

Has anyone had a "pop-like" feeling in their lower abdomen?
While in a meeting tiday at work I went to stretch and this strange feeling happened. It didn't hurt but was definitely strange. Just wondering if anyone else has felt something like this?

    It's more than likely the relaxin. I hear pooping all the time

    I feel some subtle popping like feelings sometimes but I'm sitting quietly at home(no movement) I think it's baby

    Yep. I have felt it when I am laying down and try to sit up to fast. Only a couple of times. not sure what it was but like you said no pain and I know is a lot going on right now

    @rheard2538 I work with a nurse so I call her my primary care physican LOL but she was saying to me relaxin much like you @JMCB09.  She said it can be round ligament pain and since this is my second pregnancy there may be more relaxin this time around :)
