I can't post from computer heeeelp!

I'm posting from my iPad now which is inconvenient. I can post emoticons for some reason but when I have text and hit post or reply it says "body required". Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

    Mozilla Firefox  FTW.   I had this issue before with internet explorer too.   Ended up posting a random  :)   with no words.........ha ha ha ha ha!!!
