Yesterday:
B: avocado toast
L: creole chicken (it was on the "lighter side" part of the menu at the place I went for lunch. What I really wanted was the baked potato soup.)

a few pieces of sausage and some scrambled eggs.
S: a few too many oreos. I really need to forget where those are kept in the house.
E: none.

Late night snack: peanut butter sandwich
I normally eat snacks but we were really busy so I forgot to eat and was starving all day
B: Cereal
L: Nothing
The good news is I lost another 2lbs last week. The bad news is that I didn't do it in a very healthy way because of the side effects of my medicine

So happy my husband is on the "eating well" band wagon, he has a race coming up in a few months and realized we have had a bit too much fun this winter eating and drinking.

I think I do need to do more research on a low GI diet though and drill down on the best things for me to eat. I might be cutting out too many carbs which could be exacerbating the tiredness/nausea I am feeling from my medicine. I also just got upped to 1,500 mg a day so I will hopefully adjust to it soon.
