  This is not a craft, but DD is really into animals and their habitats/environments.  So we'll get a sheet of, say, dinosaur stickers, and her crayons and some paper.  While she puts the stickers on the paper, we talk about what might be in a dinosaur environment and draw those things.  So we usually end up with a sun, some kind of water, trees, etc.  She really loves it, and it's a little more fun and interactive than just sticking the stickers on a blank sheet of paper.
