Our appraisal was done today and it appraised for what we offered! Yay, we are officially homeowners. So excited!
Today was also CD 1 but here's hoping my ute just wanted a house and will implant an egg this time around.
No Super Bowl plans here, just starting to pack.

@giants721 yaaayyy!!! That is so exciting. Congratulations!!
So after my crappy appt last week with the RE, I ended up ovulating. I had felt they had rushed my us and the tech said she didn't see my one ovary very well. I was also the last one of the day and they were 2.5 hours behind. I had bw to confirm on Saturday. I am now 8dpo according to ff.
However I started having cramping today, so I hope it's just a fluke and I will feel better tomorrow. I go in for bw Tuesday to check my hormones unless AF has shown before than.
No Super Bowl plans here. We have our year end so well be working all weekend. Hopefully it's not as painful as it feels like it will be!

I'm anxiously waiting for my dr appt on Wed. I hope there are answers to why we lost Timothy.
We were invited to a Super Bowl party, but I don't think we are going to go. We will be out of town tonight/tomorrow and I think I'm going to need a day in my house to rest up for the week.

As for me, AF finally came! She was pretty terrible this month, but I
am so happy she finally came (despite the crazy cramps!). Feels like
my body is finally healing itself, and feels like a HUGE step forward.
As for the SB, we're going to family friends to watch the game.
Should be good food & company, so that's what matters.
