Getting Past PMS to Workout

Please tell me I am not alone.  This time of the month kills my exercise routine and diet.  I want to eat all the bad thins and do nothing. 

Does anyone have any suggestions to get past it and get moving and eating right.

  • For me, there's no "secret". I just make sure we don't keep junk in the house and I do lower intensity work outs (my PMS is really bad). This ensures I don't "junk bindge" and I still get some workouts in.
