No bake cookies/bars

Every bar or cookie looks like a mixture of textures. The closest to a uniform texture I could get was an Indian Vanilla Burfi.

Does anyone else dream of no nuts or multiple textures? Am I crazy to dream of a simple texture, no bake deliciousness?

    I love no bake cookies. My recipe is just butter, sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, cocoa, milk, oats all mixed. That's just one texture right?!

    DH made some just the other day. I loooove no bake cookies! We use your same recipe. :) (we sub earth balance and almond milk to make them MSPI friendly)

    I need to find one that's simple to make but doesn't involve peanut butter. DH loves that stuff but I would rather not ingest it.

    I second the what amounts inquiry. And @TheLittleRedM, I want one w/o PB as well. My last pregnancy a big aversions was PB. And I never loved it in cookies, my DH loves it in cookies.
