The -den name trend is really not my style, so it isn't really a name I like. (Aiden, Caden, Braden, Jayden, etc.). All of the boys names end in -den or -ton in our town.
It all depends on what the sex of the baby is on how you spell it. I think Kaden looks more feminine and Caden looks more masculine.
Just like when you name a baby Chris and Kristina. There is a reason for the different beginning letters.
Oh and it is a cute name. Not my fav, but cute.
agree 100%
TTC #1 for over 5 years - too many to count IF treatments (tried everything and anything), repeat miscarriages.
Finally, Sticky Success!! B/G Twins arrived 2011.
I like Caden or maybe Caeden but really dont' like Kaden. Caden's super-popular but Kaden somehow makes it even more "uber-trendy" to me, whereas Caden looks more classic.
I like the name, but it became way too trendy over the last 5 years. It seems like every child born between 2001-2008 have the Kaden, Braden, Hayden, Slayden names....
IMO, it would be an o.k. choice, as long as you didnt go crazy and spell it Kaydynn or something. lol

For a boy definitley Kaden.
A girl, I like Cayden or Kayden.

This.
If I were forced to choose, I like it better with a C.
Ditto.
I especially hate any C words/names that people change to a K just to be different. Blech.
But then nobody is going to like my name choices, so if it's your favorite name ever, go for it!

Huh? You are a beast with no manners!
Kaden is ok, but I have to agree with an earlier reply: K for girls and C for boys. Also the swapping out with a Y is for girls too.
Kayden, Kaedyn...for a girl, is cute
Caiden, Caden for a boy.
