I don't get upset easily at all. I'm a really happy, calm and easy to please type of person. So it would take a lot. But..... vodka works :P Or reading a book/magazine.
Lately I internalize. My DH is unhappy in his job. My best friend's husband is out of work and most of my other friends have disappeared since LO was born. So I just hold it in. My problems seem small compared to everyone else.
I just bottle stuff up usually. If I have small vents, I'll talk it out with a friend but I don't like bothering people with my problems. I'll sometimes talk things out with H but not often. Every few months or so, I have a breakdown and just cry and cry because everything and anything that's been bothering me has finally reached the point of too much and H is always like "WTF is happening right now?" because he has no idea what's going on. Talking about and resolving things is something I'm trying to work on right now.
Re: When your upset.
I like to talk it over with a friend or call my grandmother.
Or coffee shop with a latte and treat and a hour to read alone.
Or a long long bike ride.
