Medela Harmony Breastpump?

I forgot my electric pump at home today ... thank God my cousin is driving towards my office this AM and can bring it to me. But now i'm thinking that if this happens again I'll be SOL and maybe I need to get a back up manual pump to keep at the office. My electric is the Medela handsfree so I already have the bottles. Does anyone leave a manual pump at work and how do you feel about the Medela Harmony? Did you by just one or two of them to do both breasts at once?

How long does it take to get a sufficient amount of milk with a manual? I am currently getting 2-4oz per 10-20min pump session with my hands free, 3x/day. I am barely producing enough to keep up with what DD is eating each day.

I'm a SAHM and all I have is the Medela Harmony. I love it! If I'm pumping when my DS would typically nurse, I can get about 3-5 oz in 5-10 minutes. The rare times DS sleeps through the night without nursing, I'll pump one side in the morning and get about 6 ounces in 5-10 minutes.

Wanted to add, I pump one breast at a time. I feel like it would be really tricky to do both at the same time. However, it still only takes about 10 mins total to get the 3-5oz.
