Could this be twins?

I had an ultra sound at 7 weeks, after showing a few people they think it could be twins... Anyone that has had twins see anything familiar?

    I'm having twins, but they are fraternal (2 sacs). I see one sac (which if you were having twins would mean they are identical) in the pic and what looks like a heartbeat! What did your dr. Say? I actually saw the second sac at 7wks! My personal opinion -for what it's worth is that you're looking at the heartbeat of your beautiful baby:). Here's a pic of my 7wk us for reference.

    Mine looked the same, and I immediately asked the tech if I had twins! However, 1 dot is the fetal pole (looks like the larger one on the bottom) and the other is the yolk sac. So it is just 1 baby. Congrats!
