Weightloss checkin ?

I know we had one for awhile but I wasn't doing it because I wasn't ready yet.... BUT now I'm ready and with the new year I was wondering if we could start it up again.  Any opposed? Who ever started it, do you mind if I take it over? 

What are your thoughts ladies?

    I'm just eating healthier, I'm working out 6 days a week or if something comes up 5 days. I'm doing a mix of insanity, Jillian michaels, our gym, and strength excercises. I've been doing it for about 3 weeks and have lost 8 pounds...but water weight is usually the first to go.

    Planks are the best thing to work your Abs. I've gotten so lazy with my planks :( We should do a plank challenge sometime.
    Edit: I've heard kettle bells are amazing for general toning but I haven't tried them yet.
  • I'm basically just eating healthier (more small meals high in protein or complex carbs - oatmeal, green tea, greek yogurt, turkey, chicken, salads, etc) and going to the gym every day - treadmill, Zumba and a upper body/ab weight circuit.  I'm trying to work up the nerve to go to the Total Body Sculpt class at my gym but I'm scared!

  • I'd love to participate! I could use some motivation. I am at my pre-pregnancy weight however none of my old clothes fit. I can't zipper my old jeans no matter how much I suck in while laying across my bed. :(
