NWMR: Best Black Leggings?

I'm looking for some good black leggings to wear under tunics/long sweaters/dresses... They need to have enough weight to be legit as "pants" but not so thick they are bulky. They need to retain shape and not be "shiny" like workout pants. Any recs?

White House Black Market has good ones. Still pricey, but really hold their shape and look really nice.
