Inflection question

DS has started to play with inflection, usually when he's asking for something. He'll say "moooOORE?" with the inflection at the end of the word. He also does it to random words, so he hasn't gotten the hang of it yet. Are your LOs doing this right now?

    Charlie does, but a lot of it is still with babble so I can't tell what she's saying to know if it's right.
