Notice Anything Different?

I was posting on my original BMB about how nobody can ever tag me in a post because of the space between "Mrs" and "Case." Then I went to dinner. Between then and when I logged back on, I had a new SN. Haaa! Moms know how to get things done! Anyway, I guess they removed the space and added a "1." Not my first choice but not too shabby, either. So, for those of you who are bummed you can't be tagged, there is process to get it changed. Just have an awesome BMB and go to dinner! :)

  • Nice, lets try it out

@MrsCase1 congrats on your tag-able SN! Now, please elaborate on where you went to dinner? I swear all week all I have done is eat or want to eat haha. This LO loves fooooood.

  • We went to a dive in our little town. I had chicken fried steak fingers, mac n cheese and corn. I also ordered a piece of buttermilk pie which I brought home with me. :)

I have never heard of chicken fried steak fingers. Seems so much easier than whole steaks. Yum!

ETA I would've commented on the pie if I knew what a buttermilk pie is lol
  • How did you get it changed? I want to change mine not only because it's not tagable but because it's the dumbest think I ever created.

A mod on my board paged @bumpjackie and they changed it. Another mod mentioned I would probably get a random number added in addition to the space removed. So, my suggestion is that if you want something else, be specific. I didn't know it was getting change otherwise I would've suggested something else but I am thankful either way. :)

  • @ElTrain5 I don't know what it is, exactly. I think it originated in Indiana? It is really mild and has a texture that very, VERY vaguely resembles ricotta. It is light and airy!

I've been living in Indiana for almost 3 years now and have never heard of this! Where might I go to get one?

ETA: My soon to be BIL makes a Spanish Cream Pie for every holiday get together. The recipes I'm finding sound very similar. If they are just alternate names for the same pie, I can vouch that this is the world's most gluttonous, indulgent, delicious pie ever invented.

Um, I could totally be wrong on the state pie of Indiana. LOL! Come to TX and I will treat you to a slice or ten to make up for it! ;)
