I plan to eat my weight in finger foods/snacks/junk food on Sunday. Since I know my DH will be watching pre-game starting at like 8am through the end, I will be cooking throughout the day. Anybody have any killer recipes they will be making and like to share? Or a favorite they've had but haven't personally made? I'll post mine in the comments.
Bonus points for pictures!
Re: Superbowl Sunday Recipes
I made this for the NFC championship game and it was a HUGE hit! I'll definitely be making it again on Sunday.
Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
I'm jumping on the Buffalo Chicken Dip train (SO YUMMY) with an idea for anyone who wants to make it healthier: Instead of ranch dressing I use fat free greek yogurt with ranch seasoning mixed in. I also use reduced fat cheese. Honestly, since the end result is a pot of melted gooey deliciousness I don't think you sacrifice flavor by doing this, it's still delicious! I love eating it with celery.
@TonyaCody06, I think I usually use about 1/2 or 3/4 of a ranch packet, but honestly I don't measure.
I also use shredded chicken breast because I don't like the canned meat.

I'm definetly trying @babygabe614 's spinach dip. I've made it similar before, but never with Alfredo sauce, I'm intrigued!! I may mix the leftovers with chicken stock and serve it over pasta
I'm also making what my friend dubbed "Teeny Tiny Tostadas". No recipe since I made it up, but I basically put 1 round tortilla chip in each hole of a muffin tin. Top that with beans, taco meat (optional), cheese, cilantro, salsa... really whatever you like on your nachos
Crispy Chicken Tortilla Rollups
Baked Southwest Egg Rolls
Reese's Cookie Dough Dip
I think I'm also going to make cilantro hummus and pepperoni pizza dip :-)
I have some spicy shredded carnitas in my freezer so i might throw together some nachos to get rid of it.
I am making a sopapilla and now my friends requested Paula Deen's banana pudding. Ugh. So basically I am not cooking anything IIII want to eat. Wah!!
