I guess mine does not. My plan at my old job did. I guess the plan I have now was grandfathered in therefore government mandates do not apply. Will only cover rental of a pump is baby needs to be hospitalized after birth. Lame. I guess I shouldn't complain too much as my family health care is paid for by my employer. Just hoping I wouldn't have to spend $300 on one and might get some sort of discount!
