  I almost had to get one and my OB said they were safe during pregnancy. I didn't end up getting it though. Obviously talk with your doctor, but you and baby should be fine.

  If you have a trusting relationship with your physician then I think it is safe to question but also follow their advice. They wouldn't recommend it unnecessarily, I don't think.

  I'm waiting on my ob's response but my #1 concern is my baby. If I have to live with this pain until he's born I guess I'll have to wait for the shot
