I've been pretty sick with MS and I forced myself to take a boot camp class last night because I wasn't feeling too nauseous. It was brutal. B.r.u.t.u.a.l. But I made it and just took it easy when needed. I felt a little sick after but nothing worse than what I've been feeling.. Annnyway...
Today I woke up a little sore but ms is gone! I'm hoping this sticks. Maybe I needed to get my blood pumping?
Anyone else experiencing this ?
Re: Maybe all I needed was a workout?
(FYI-I didn't know I was pregnant when I did my races.)

My midwife gives out a pamphlet of helpful tips for common pregnancy symptoms and exercise is mentioned for morning sickness and exhaustion.
However, both my old doc and my current midwife caution about trying a new or more extreme exercise regimine once pregnant. The prevailing wisdom is to stick with the exercise you were doing when you got pregnant.
It was crazy and I am exhausted today, so i don't know how well an adrenaline-fueled 100-box move is sustainable as nausea-remedy.
