Fingers crossed please!!!

That DH gets home...

We live in the Deep South {AL} and were hit with two unexpected inches of snow and he's been trying to get a colleague to the airport and home since 11:30. It's normally a 25-30 minute 15 mile trip...They're almost to the airport and now we need to work on getting him home.

    All that snow in the south is crazy! Up here we wouldn't bat an eye at 2"! But if you're not used to it it must suck. :( Fingers crossed for you guys.

    Oh I know it's ridiculous...but two inches here is like three feet other places.

    We got a dusting here central MS and everything has pretty much shut down. Fx your hubby gets home safely!

    And that is where his is @liz49. Didn't have a choice. :( Had to walk a mile to our old house where his brother and SIL live and is staying with them tonight.

    I'm in south Alabama and everything has shut down until Thursday. We have had 4 inches of ice so far and the snow hasn't made it here yet. I'm glad your husband made it somewhere safely. We have a friend in Birmingham who left work at 11 and just now made it home..a normal 30 minute drive :/

    I'm in NC, amazed people don't know how to deal with a bit of snow . 2 inches so far and people are all out buying bread and milk. In Minnesota 2 inches is a nice day, you go for a jog by the lake.

    I'm sorry he couldn't make it back Kate. Glad he's safe.
