I just found out that Sobeys (the grocery store) has a program where they give pregnant and new moms free pre/post natal vitamins. The list of stores that participate are listed here www.sobeyspharmacy.com/bbhsignup/
You sign up online or in store. Apparently they are free for up to a year post partum and they even call you every month to remind you to come get your new bottle.

I just signed up last week! They even give a welcome package with some baby wash & a pack of nb diapers Good thing LO is still in them at 11 weeks ... Lol!
