Obligatory Intro

Hi all! I've been a dirty lurker and decided to jump in the swimming pool. I'm 30, DH is 29, and DD is 18 months. We are due with #2 on Sept 16th. Just had our first appt and u/s yesterday and everything looks good! I am currently a patient at the local OBGYN office, but we are considering a homebirth (husband likes the idea but isn't 100% yet).

DH and I have been married a month shy of 4 years. We live out in the country in NY, with our two dogs and of course DD. I grew up in MN though. I had a career in project management before DD and now I'm a SAHM. It's hard because DH travels and is only home a couple times a month, but totally worth it!

I am usually on mobile and it sucks I can't see anyone's siggy. One of these days I'll get my lazy but upstairs and use my computer to update my ancient siggy. We did see an RE to conceive DD but were able to get pregnant on our own with this one. Needless to say we are very excited!

Welcome and congrats! Wow homebirth - I think it would be such an amazing experience! not an option for me as I had an unplanned C-section with my DD.
