Baby rash?

My DD has little red bumps on her face neck and chest. I posted the other day about it and I don't know what I can put on it to try and make it better and not worse. I'm calling her doctor to see if they can get her in this week to take a look at it. Anyone else's baby have a slight rash like this?

    Have you tried cortisone cream? That's what my ped recommended.

    Thanks for the info! I took her to the ped today and she said it's eczema due to the extreme cold and dry weather we have had (Indiana). She gave me eucerin samples and said it's safe to put on her face
