I'm 7 weeks and am having bad lower back pain. Has anyone experienced that yet?

Yes, I am having horrible lower back pain. Wish I had answers other than just relating to you! Let me know if you find some relief!

How many weeks are you? I'm glad I'm not alone I was getting a little worried. I'm going to try a warm bath!!

My lower back is killing me. A heating pad helps, as done a warm bath. (Back rubs from the husband ain't too bad, either!)

Back totally hurts - I didn't think we could take hot baths? I heard that was bad for the baby to soak in a hot bath?!?! I've been using heating pads and massages was thinking about going to the chiropractor

I've had backaches as well! On top of abdominal cramping which I have to keep reminding myself is completely normal because I had it with DD.

I'm not a doctor, nor am I giving you medical advice, but I took plenty of warm baths my first pregnancy & plan to this time as well. (Then again, I've been known to chow down on hot dogs & lunch meat during pregnancy too so clearly I don't follow "the rules.")
