I haven't been able to make it to my later classes because I get exhausted or hungry. This may be an excuse I have in my head but those classes will keep my butt in shape.
What are your goals for this coming week?
I hate to blame it on PG symptoms but some was from exhaustion at the end of the work day + VERY cold icy weather conditions.
I did great last week. I just started my C25K again 2 weeks ago. We also started ttc 2 weeks ago, so I didn't think I would get KU so quickly. I had been avoiding ruining for the past year since it would make my supply take a dip.
Did you have to alter anything due to PG symptoms?
The only one that really affects me is the stuffy/runny nose. I am constantly wiping my nose while running (gross).
What are your goals for this coming week?
My goal is to run 4 times a week. I made it to 6 months last time for running. I hope to go a little further this time.

I looooooooove Lululemon. I don't buy things from there very often anymore since they are so expensive. All of the things I have from there have held up for 2+ years though.
horrible! Didnt go to the gym once but managed to go to bed at 630 pm every night!

Between the negative temperatures and complete exhaustion, I haven't wanted to leave a warm house! This week I feel much better and its supposed to warm up tomorrow so I hope to go to the gym this week!

most of my clothes are Nike.. I have shorts, Capri and pants that fit better then any other brand I have warn.. hoping they fit good once my belly gets a little bigger!
Did you have to alter anything due to PG symptoms?: I got my flu shot and couldn't lift my arm at all for like 3 days, so no working out then. Then I had "all day sickness" for like 2 days, more of no working out. Then got a sore throat that just went away...ugh.
What are your goals for this coming week?: I just hope to get my house clean this week since I've been so lazy and doing nothing.. and to not binge on junk for the party I'm hosting this weekend.
GTKY: Do you have a favorite brand of workout clothes you like to wear/favorite place to purchase them from? I only have one workout top - Target, and two pairs of spandex pants - Sears. But I love them both and haven't found replacements yet..

Bad, didn't do anything. M/S is kicking my butt. Plus it's been so cold and DH works on the road, so I depend on MIL to watch DD to go run - the only day that was decently warm DD was so sick I felt bad leaving her.

What are your goals for this coming week? Thurs is supposed to be high 20's, so I'll be hitting the pavement! I'm actually really excited, this time off has been killing me! I want to run 3-4 days/wk consistently going forward. Wish it was more, but betweent he weather and DH never home, I'll be lucky to get that in.

My friend just opened a running store (in Minneapolis - hit me up if you want info!) so I'd like to support him more now. I have a variety of brands, but mostly moving comfort, hind, and aasics.
Eta: I have to run outside because my treadmill motor is fried. I hate running on a treadmill but its nice to have the option when it's so cold like it has been. If anyone can recommend an affordable but good treadmill, let me know!
How did you do last week?
Okay. Got a couple workouts in, mostly walking and the elliptical. I am going to try the pregnancy project DVDs this week. They just came in the mail today.

A little bit. I can't go as quickly and am already getting winded easier. But nothing to complain about too much.
What are your goals for this coming week?
To workout atleast 4 days. This go around is a little tougher because I have 6.5 month old to take care of, but trying to make time (and energy) to do it!

Not really anymore. I was a soccer player in high school and college, and wore mostly Nike gear; but now it's just whatever I throw on. I do still love Nike tennis shoes. Although, I just bought my first pair of Brooks and LOVE them. I was doing insanity pre-pregnancy and they were like clouds!
I had been able to get to the gym 2-3 times per week before m/s hit last week. I've already had to slow down it I start to feel really winded then light headed.
This week I'd like to try to hit the gym fri &/or Saturday. I've had to stay away from meat but my food-related goal is to continue eating as healthily as I can in the midst of m/s. I also need to work on drinking more water.
As for workout wear...I love my lululemon pants. They were a spurge a few years ago and they are still amazing! I've also discovered target's active wear section and found a cute tank that will work once my belly starts to grow. I think I'll go back there periodically.

Last week was alright. I did my Combat workouts 4 days, and pregnancy project 5 days.

Not really. Although this week, I have been so exhausted that I really haven't done much!
What are your goals for this coming week? I finally woke up this morning to workout! So my goal is to do that tomorrow, Friday and Saturday as well. & get back on track with clean eating.

I don't really have a favorite brand, but for some reason I LOVE wearing compression shorts with high, colorful socks. It just makes me feel good! Lol
Okay. I think I ran on the treadmill twice. I've been trying for 3 times, but some mornings I just feel too exhausted or nauseous.
Did you have to alter anything due to PG symptoms?
Yes, because of nausea I've added a morning snack before my workout. I've also scaled my 30 minute runs down to 20 minutes and slowed down a touch. My HR is still in the 150s at this pace, but was in the 170s before the change. That made me a little nervous.
What are your goals for this coming week?
3 20 minute runs. Two done already! It doesn't seem like much compared to others, but I am struggling with symptoms and don't want to push my body too hard. Considering I was obese and 75 more pounds a year and a half ago, I figure staying active is better than nothing. Even with my dialed down plan, I have yet to gain any weight. Next week we have 5 meals out planned to tell family and friends (they think it's for my birthday). I will probably see the scales tip, but will try to choose some healthier options.
