FTM teething question

I tried to search and couldn't find anything forgive me if this has been asked before.

My lo has 2 teeth. It's been about 2 weeks since she got them. She was really good when they cut through and I didn't even know they were here! Last night was the first time she had trouble sleeping. She wouldn't sleep unless I held her...we've never had that issue. She's being extra cuddly today and eating nonstop.

I googled teething signs but besides the sleep disruption she's not really showing any other issues

So my question is this...how can you tell the difference between teething pain or just being a fussy baby.

    It could be anything. Just snuggle her until it passes. Harper has almost 2 teeth and we've had no signs either. Every baby is different. Just make sure her needs are met and enjoy the snuggles for now.

    Ok thanks ladies. My friend suggested giving her Tylenol for teething but I don't want to give it to her if she's not in pain from that.

    She just took an 8oz bottle (which is more then she usually takes) so maybe it is growth spurt.

    When Vinny got the two bottom ones he would go through stages of not eating and super droopy but when I knew it was really bothersome is when he would just cry out of nowhere.  Sometimes I give him a frozen peach or strawberry in a mesh bag. He enjoys them and help with the fussiness.  We also give him teething tablets for nighttime or if it's really bad during the day. I try to avoid the Tylenol until he's been restless for most of the night.

    My guy does not seem to do well with teething - he almost is never fussy, but he was miserable when his first two teeth came. I think he's working on the next one now and it's just taking it's time - lots of drooling and he wants to chew on everything. Can you feel them? Hope he feels better soon!
