Gifts for Godparents?

We will baptize G in April and I'd really like to get something meaningful for each of her Godparents. They are very close friends of mine who I consider my brother and sister and they have been very generous with LO. I'd really like to get them something nice, but I'm a bit stumped. I don't feel like the typical gift card applies here. Did anyone else do a gift for the Godparents?
