Some encouragement!

Hi ladies! Like a lot of you I have been soo extremely tired and sick as a dog the past two weeks. I think the combo of not feeling well with these crazy hormones, put a total killer on my mood lately. I had been feeling very depressed and anxious and it was concerning me because this is supposed to be such an exciting time. Well, I went to target and bought a pregnancy workout DVD that came with discs for each trimester and a boot camp for after the baby's born ( super cheap btw, 16.99 I believe?) This workout so far has helped me tremendously! I have felt better both mentally and physically. I will be totally doing this throughout my entire pregnancy based on how much better I've Ben feeling.
