I will be 35 in less than a month and 6 wks pg now. I am considered high-risk (11 pg, 3 children) without my age being a factor. In the past pgs, there really hasn't been much issues with getting tests if needed, but my PCP was also my OB. This time around, it's a different group taking care of me as she is too far away for me to get to when I go into labor. I have heard most insurance comp will allow for earlier/extra tests if mom will be 35 or older by delivery. Any experience with this situation and Tricare Reserve Select?

obviously your coverage is going to vary depending on the plan and where you are located (hence the first screen asking for your zipcode)
I would just call and speak with someone
