  Congratulations! My first 2 were almost 18 months apart, it was busy at first but really not that bad.

  My boys are 19 months apart.   I've actually got them both on a schedule right now so they both are sleeping. My advice is to RELAX, take peoples comments or advice with a grain of salt, to plan your days ahead, and don't underestimate the power of routine.
  
  There are days that are tough-I won't lie and I wonder what I got myself into. I've also have had several days early on where I functioned on very little sleep....and a few earlier this week.  There was about a 2 month period where I didn't go out except to take the boys out for an evening walk.
  
  My only advice is to get a second crib (both of my boys are in theirs right now) and a great double stroller to make your life easier.
