  We were successful after three... we did TI this go 'round.  I have several friends who got pregnant on 5th and 6th IUIs.  I really hope #4 works for you--your body can surprise you by doing amazing things!

  Actively TTC since 01/11
  Me: 06/12 Dx w/ IR PCOS (rx 2000 metformin) DH: SA all clear; looking good
  06/12-10/12- Clomid/Femara + trigger + TI + P4 = 3 BFNs, hysteroscopy, polypectomy, D&C
  11/12 - 7.5 mg Femara + trigger + IUI + P4 = BFN
  12/12 - Surprise BFP ectopic (MTX 01/13)
  04/13 - Off the Bench! 7.5 mg Femara + trigger + IUI #2 + estradiol + P4 = BFN
  05/13 Clear HSG-5 mg Femara + Menopur + trigger + IUI #3 + P4 = BFP ectopic (MTX 07/03 & 07/11)
  07/23 emergency lap to remove ectopic mass and left tube

  10/13 5mg Femara + Menopur + trigger + TI(follie on left/no IUI)=BFN

  11/13 Same as above but BFP!

  Beta #1 12dpo-51     Beta #2 15dpo-178

  12/5- There's something in my ute!!

  Thank you @Soon-To-BeMrs.P -- I remember you from the 3T board!!  We had to take last cycle off because of timing/travel, but that was unsuccessful with late ovulation and TI.

  Thanks for the feedback.  I am moving on to injects next cycle if this doesn't work.  I will give inject 2 cycles I guess and that will round on my 6th.

  
  

  I just don't know if I can see us going past 6!?!?  Although once we are there, I might feel different.  I wish there were a way to work out getting IVF -- stupid insurance that tells me 'having children is a choice'

  We got our BFP on our 4th cycle of IUI. It was our second cycle with injectables and we also combined it with oral medication as well. Good luck!!! Hang in there!

  We hit on IUI#4, which was our first cycle with injectables.  So, it can still happen.  FX for you!

  I don't have experience with IUI, but my old boss did 8 IUIs and 1 unsuccessful cycle of IVF in between before she got KU with her daughter. Ultimately, her last IUI cycle worked.

  Never lose hope. We went through 6 unsuccessful IUIs. We went on a break in order to save up for IVF because, like you, it was all OOP. On the first break cycle we got this BFP. I don't want you to think that I am the "just stop trying and it will happen" person. Because I'm not and I hate those people with a vengeance. I am just the person to tell you to never lose hope because life can be very surprising sometimes. I really hope you get your BFP soon. ((HUGS!!))

  Hey @jszy10 :-) I recognize you from 3T as well. We had luck on our 5th IUI, but I wasn't too hopeful. It was delayed a few days b/c my progesterone and estrogen weren't high enough. We were actually already planning our 6th IUI with injects and getting things in order to try IVF for our 7th IF cycle.

  Its ok to have days like that!! We had 2 IUI's about 3 (?) years ago that were unsuccessful. Now 5 years of trying later, we have our surprise BFP! Trust me when I believe pessimistic days are on and off--been there thru all of that. Big hugs to ya!

  We did 3 IUI's and an IVF cycle all unsuccessful. It was the 4th IUI that did the trick! We had MFI and the trick was upping my clomid to 100mg, using both frozen and fresh sperm and switching to a different type of trigger. GL!

  **TTC since April 2010**

  DH diagnosed with moderate MFI, low everything, me low AMH

  3 IUI's and 1 IVF all BFN's, almost gave up hope

  June 2013- One last IUI for the heck of it... BFP! Complete shock!

  April 2014- Eliana- In Hebrew means The Lord has Answered! Welcome to the world my miracle baby!
  
  September 2016- Surprise BFP without medical assistance! New Baby due June 2017!

  I am actually starting to feel very positive about the upcoming injection cycles, thinking it may be the change I need.  If of course this hybrid I'm on now doesn't do the trick. :P
