Watery poop

Hey ladies! DS2 is 4 months old and EBF. His poops have always been very watery and explosive. It seems I am always soaking his clothes cause he leaked out of his diaper. The colour is ok but I don't find them to be seedy at all. I am wondering if he may have a dairy intolerance that is causing this? He also spits up frequently, sometimes a large volume but his spit up is typically mucousy. We had a rough night last night from what I think may have been gas but he is generally happy and generally sleeps well (maybe be starting the 4m wakeful business though). I just need some insight about his poop issues I guess...thanks for the help!

Oh he also poops multiple times a day still...

    It sounds like MSPI. My LO had those same symptoms before being diagnosed. Try eliminating dairy and soy for a couple of weeks and see what happens. I definitely noticed a difference in about 1 week.
