Ladies I need help!!

I need to pick a picture to put in our town's baby register for 2013 babies. I can't decide, DH narrowed it down to these 3. My mom has already dropped that my cousin's baby was picked for the cover last year, which annoys me that she acts like its a competition, so we need the "perfect pic". But really which are your favorites? I will post them in the comments since it doesn't looks like I can attach them here.

They are all cute but I said #1 because you can actually see him better, not as much background. He's a cutie!
