Only getting 2 oz per pumping session!

Why can't I get more than 2 ounces?  I"m seriously getting frustrated with this.

Mason will usually nurse for 30-45 minutes from both breasts.  Then I will double pump about an hour after he is done.  I started this routine about two weeks ago.  I've also added fenugreek to try and increase my pumping output, but this is still all I get.

What am I doing wrong?  How will I ever build a supply at this rate for when I go back to work in just 3 weeks?

    Drink as much fluids as you possibly can.  Water, juice, etc.  Try to cut out the caffeine (I don't know if this is science or not, but it makes my supply go down when I drink a lot of coffee.)

    2oz when you're also nursing is great.

    Try pumping after your first morning feed - your production is highest first thing in the morning (well, for most women).

    You can also try pumping a couple times between two feedings - put a call in to your breasts to make more.
