AW: teething life hacks

DH came up with this and I thought I would share. We have the freezable teething rings but she doesn't like to hold them for very long. Put ring around Sophie's neck...voila, easily holdable, cold teething relief.

Please share your go to teething relief secret. I know I need as much help as I can get in this department.

Ice cube with a thin wash cloth wrapped around it and tied with a hair tie! Learned that one from my SIL.

Cold celery, frozen waffles, and whole pickles. Chilled pouches, yonanas, and frozen fruit were also awesome snacks when DS1s gums were really swollen.

Someone gave me a freezer teether...its terry cloth. Its currently in the freezer. We will see if it helps...Poor LO is shoving anything she can in her mouth lately

We have tried a few things in our house. We have put BM in a soother and placed it in the freezer. He likes to gnaw on it.

He loves chewing fabric so I have made a few cloth rings.

He loves this fabric bunny. The ears get wet and placed in the freezer. That way one end of it is dry and he can hold it.

LO just cut her first tooth today. No wonder she slept like crap. Poor thing. I usually roll up a wet wash cloth (like a toquito sp?) she loves it. It's easy for her to hold and she loves chewing on it after it's frozen. We also have the keys that can be frozen. She seems to like both.

First tooth came through his week also! I'm already trying the BM frozen around a binki. Thanks! LO loves these bath puzzle pieces about 2"x2" they are soft like and the edges stick out perfectly to go in his mouth. We got them from the dollar store so is NBD if they get lost.

I have given LO teething rings, toys, cold cloths...only thing that keeps him happy is his fist! However, since the bottom teeth have come through he LOVES when you brush them haha
